Como head coach Cesc Fabregas has named former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger as the greatest coach he has ever worked with, placing him above all other managers in his career.

The Spaniard made the revelation in an interview with El Partidazo de COPE, expressing deep gratitude toward Wenger for the belief and opportunity he was given during their time together at Arsenal.

While acknowledging that Carlo Ancelotti stands out as an exceptional human being as well as a top coach, Fabregas ultimately singled out Wenger as his number one, crediting him for shaping his career by showing immense faith and confidence in him at a crucial stage.

Fabregas enjoyed a decorated playing career as a midfielder, representing some of Europe’s biggest clubs including Arsenal, Barcelona, and Chelsea.

Along the way, he was fortunate enough to work under several of the game’s most celebrated managers, including Antonio Conte, Pep Guardiola, and Jose Mourinho.

Despite that wealth of experience under world-class coaches, it is Wenger who holds the most special place in his heart, a fitting tribute given that the legendary Frenchman was the one who first handed him his big break in professional football.
