The Recording Academy, the body responsible for organising the Grammy Awards, has officially unveiled the key dates for the 2027 edition of its prestigious music ceremony.
The announcement was made on Tuesday during an upfront presentation held in New York.
According to the Academy, nominations for the 2027 Grammy Awards will be revealed on November 16, 2026, with eligible music covering albums released between August 31, 2025, and August 28, 2026.
The awards ceremony itself is scheduled to take place on February 7, 2027, and will be broadcast live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
In a significant departure from tradition, the event will air on ABC and stream on Disney+ and Hulu, marking the end of the Grammy’s 54-year partnership with CBS one of the longest-running broadcast relationships in the history of the awards.
The Recording Academy also took to its official Instagram page to announce the news, expressing excitement about the start of the Grammy season and urging music lovers to mark their calendars for all the major milestones leading up to what it described as “Music’s Biggest Night.”
