An FRSC officer found himself clinging to the hood of a moving Toyota Carina after the driver defied orders to pull over during a routine traffic check.
As officers attempted to enforce compliance, the driver turned aggressive and confrontational.
The situation escalated further when the driver moved menacingly toward the officers and discharged a firearm twice in the vicinity of the FRSC Command.
